Corn Casserole

1 can corn (drained)
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy Corn mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter

Blend all together. Pour into a greased 9x13 or casserole dish. Bake for 55 minutes at 350.



                              Apricot Pie

2 cans apricots- cut up 

1/2 cup sugar 
1/4 cup butter 
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/4 tsp nutmeg 

Toss all in lg bowl. Pour into 9 inch crust. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. 


Impossible Coconut Pie
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick (make your own! see above)
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup shredded coconut
In a medium bowl, blend all the ingredients together by hand or on low speed for 30 seconds. Pour into a 10-inch pie plate that has been buttered or sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350F. for 50 minutes, or until golden and set.
